      Why this Practice?
Eddy's primary work, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, is free online,  in print or continuous audio.  Also, used copies are cheap and readily  available.

This prayer can lead to solutions for all types of challenges that human beings face.  But its greatest benefit is a growing sense of peace, joy, spiritual awakening, and spiritual fulfillment -- a moment-to-moment sense of what Eddy called "at-one-ment" with God.
If you get really intrigued, there's a two-week course in Eddy's method of spiritual healing.  It's inexpensive, open to any serious student, and held all over the world.

"Spirit is the Ego which never dreams, but understands all things; which never errs, and is ever conscious; which never believes, but knows; which is never born and never dies.  Spiritual man is the likeness of this Ego.  Man is not God, but like a ray of light which comes from the sun, man, the outcome of God, reflects God."  M.B. Eddy
Transformation
Spiritual healing always brings some level of change.  But if you want deep transformation, you have to devote yourself consistently to that goal.  You have to develop a spiritual practice.

In yoga, for example, a spiritual practice might combine study, poses, breath, and meditation.  In the tradition established by Mary Baker Eddy, the whole focus is study and prayer -- a very particular, very purifying form of prayer.
infinite possibility today
To give new students a boost, the following three pages summarize Eddy's teachings and their impact.  But please don't rely on what I have to say.  Dive into her books whenever you choose.
